PA 05 – Metal Air Diaphragm Pump

PA 05 is a compact metal air diaphragm pump designed for chemical, petrochemical and wastewater applications with 3/4" connection and aluminum / cast iron / 316L stainless steel casing options. With a flow capacity of 57 liters per minute and a maximum working pressure of 7 bar, it offers reliable performance in small and medium-sized industrial transfer lines. With 70 m head and 6-7 m suction depth, it adapts to a wide range of pipeline configurations. Particle passage up to 3 mm allows the transfer of chemical solutions containing solids and paint-coating products. The 316L stainless steel body option provides resistance to highly corrosive media such as strong acids, bases and solvents, making it safe to use in mechanically loaded lines where the plastic body is inadequate. The pneumatic drive system allows safe ATEX-compliant operation in explosive atmospheres with electrical and spark risk. Dry-running resistant diaphragm structure eliminates the risk of pump failure in tank emptying operations. Adaptable to a wide range of chemicals with a choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, PA 05 is the ideal solution for small scale industrial applications requiring metal resistance.
