Electric Diaphragm Pumps

PE Series electric diaphragm pumps are a family of diaphragm pumps that operate directly with an electric motor without requiring an air compressor. The model range extending from PE 05 to PE 30 offers solutions at every scale from laboratory to heavy industrial facilities with connection options varying between 3/4" and 3" (DN20–DN80) and discharge capacity between 25 and 570 liters/minute. Pumps driven by 380/220V 50Hz electric motors provide stable and repeatable discharge at 2–4 bar working pressure and temperatures up to 100°C. Polypropylene (PP), Aluminum (AL) and Stainless Steel (SS) housing alternatives; Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomer options ensure complete compatibility with acid, base, solvent and corrosive chemicals. The diaphragm structure allowing 3–8 mm particle passage minimizes clogging risk in sludge, pulp and liquids containing suspended solids. With discharge head up to 40 m and suction depth of 5 m, it performs effective pumping in long pipe lines. Thanks to its dry-run resistant design, the pump does not sustain damage during tank emptying and process startup stages. It is widely preferred in the chemistry, wastewater treatment, paint-coating, ceramic, refinery and mining sectors.
