PE 15, Pumport electric diaphragm pump series high-capacity, heavy-duty model. Integrated into large industrial process lines with 1½" (DN40) connection size, the pump is driven by a 4 kW 380V 50Hz electric motor. The combination of 230 lpm (13.8 m³/h) flow capacity and 4 bar maximum working pressure provides a powerful and reliable solution for intensive chemical process lines, refinery transfer applications, and large-scale wastewater treatment facilities. Its air compressor-free design significantly reduces installation and operating costs in heavy-duty fields. Designed as an electric motor-driven diaphragm pump, PE 15 exhibits superior performance in long piping systems and processes requiring high resistance with 40 m discharge head and 5 m suction depth. Diaphragm structure allowing 6 mm particle passage minimizes clogging risk in heavy fluids containing mud, pulp, and sediment. 78 D/d reducer speed provides stable and repeatable flow; meets heavy-duty criteria with uninterrupted long-term operating performance. PP, AL and SS body alternatives combined with Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomers adapt to all acid, base, solvent and aggressive chemical environments. With temperature resistance up to 100°C, it safely operates on high-temperature process fluids. Dry-run resistant diaphragm mechanism protects the pump from damage during liquid interruptions, significantly reducing total cost of ownership and extending maintenance intervals.
