Gear Pumps

PD Series helical gear pumps are industrial pumps designed for pulsation-free transfer of viscous and precision-flow liquids. The model range extending from PD 050 to PD 300; with connection options between R 1/2" and R 3" and flow rate capacities between 0.5 and 50 m³/h covers a wide range of applications from small dosing lines to large transfer systems. Thanks to 2–6 bar operating pressure and temperature resistance up to 150°C, it can be safely used in heat-sensitive process lines. The helical gear mechanism advances the liquid gradually and quietly; this structure provides continuous and repeatable flow without creating pulses; this offers a decisive advantage in precision dosing, filling and circulation applications. Pumps exhibiting consistent performance in viscosity ranges of 220 cst and above; with gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel 316/304 and bronze housing alternatives can be adapted to different chemical environments. Optional heating-cooling jacket option enables temperature-sensitive fluids to be kept at controlled temperature during transfer. It is preferred in the chemical, food-beverage, paint-ink, petrochemical and maritime sectors for safe and efficient transfer of high-viscosity liquids.
