PD 250 — Helical Gear Pump

PD 250, equipped with R 2½" / DN65 PN16 connection, consists of a helical gear pump developed for large-capacity transfer systems. With a flow capacity of 35 m³/h (~583 lpm), it provides pulsation-free and uninterrupted flow in the pressure range of 2 to 6 bar. Low rotational speed of 1000 rpm; treats the liquid gently, minimizing mechanical wear and noise. Motor power option can be configured according to process pressure as 5.5 kW (2 bar), 15 kW (4 bar), and 18.5 kW (6 bar). Helical gear geometry provides consistent and stable flow profile in the transfer of high-viscosity liquids; meets the demanding transfer requirements of the chemical, food and beverage, paint and ink, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries. Thanks to the heating/cooling jacket option, liquid temperature can be kept under control during transfer in temperature-sensitive fluids. To meet the high-pressure (8–12 bar) requirement of PD 250, the sister model PD 251, designed for this purpose, delivers the same flow capacity at higher system pressures. Body material can be adapted to process requirements with options of gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel 316/304, and bronze.
