PD 251 — High Pressure Helical Gear Pump

PD 251, R 3" / DN80 PN16 connection, consists of a helical gear pump specially developed for high pressure applications. With a fixed flow capacity of 35 m³/h (~583 lpm), it provides pulsation-free and reliable flow in the 8 to 12 bar pressure range. Operating at 1000 rpm, the pump meets demanding high pressure processes with motor power options of 22 kW for 8 bar and 30 kW for 10–12 bar. PD 251 transfers the same flow capacity as PD 250, which covers low-medium pressure (2–6 bar) applications, to a higher system pressure class; the complementary structure between these two models simplifies system integration and spare parts management. The helical gear mechanism provides vibration-free and stable flow profile even in high viscosity fluids. It is safely used in high pressure transfer lines in the chemical, petrochemical, shipbuilding and paint-ink sectors. Housing material and shaft sealing options can be customized according to process requirements.
