PE 30 — Electric Diaphragm Pump

PE 30, Pumport electric diaphragm pump series' largest and most powerful model. Integrated into large-scale industrial line systems with 3" (DN80) inlet-outlet connection, the pump is driven by a 7.5 kW 380V 50Hz electric motor. Flow capacity of 570 lpm (34.2 m³/h) and maximum operating pressure of 4 bar; provides powerful response to the most intense and demanding transfer requirements in paper-cellulose, mining, pulp and large-scale chemical facilities. Its air compressor-free design eliminates the need for compressor infrastructure in heavy-duty work areas and provides installation flexibility.

PE 30 performs effective pumping in high-resistance long pipe lines and underground tanks with 40 m discharge head and 5 m suction depth. Offering the largest particle passage in the series, its 8 mm diaphragm design transfers coarse solid-containing pulps, dense slurries and rough mineral waters without clogging risk; with this feature it holds a critical position in pulp-paper mills and mining sites. At 78 D/d reducer speed, stable and repeatable flow is ensured even under high discharge conditions.

This electric diaphragm pump is preferred in every heavy-duty application ranging from large-scale acid-base transfer in the chemical industry to petrochemical raw material transport, from intense pulp pumping in mining sites to cellulose slurry transfer in paper mills. PP, AL and SS body options; combined with Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomers provide full compatibility to the most aggressive chemical environments. Temperature resistance up to 100°C and dry-run resistant diaphragm mechanism protect the pump during sudden fluid interruptions, reducing total cost of ownership and minimizing unplanned downtime.
