PA 10 – Metal Air Diaphragm Pump

PA 10 is a metal air diaphragm pump designed for medium-sized industrial transfer applications with 1" connection, 8.4 bar working pressure and 160 lpm flow capacity. The wide temperature range from -18 °C to +100 °C allows safe operation in open areas and cold storage lines in cold climatic conditions; this feature ensures uninterrupted operation in petrochemical and mining sites during winter months. With a pressure of 8.4 bar and a head of 80 m, the pump offers stable flow in demanding transfer lines and is also suitable for acidic pulp and sludge pumping applications with solid content, allowing particle passage up to 4 mm. With aluminum or cast iron housing option, it is resistant to mechanical impact and vibration in heavy industrial conditions. The dry-run resistant diaphragm structure eliminates the risk of pump failure in tank emptying operations. The pneumatic drive system allows ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive atmospheres with spark and electrical risk. Easily adaptable to different chemical environments with six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, PA 10 offers a reliable metal diaphragm pump solution in the chemical, petrochemical, paint-coating and mining industries.
