PA 15 – Metal Air Diaphragm Pump

PA 15 is a metal air diaphragm pump designed for high flow industrial transfer applications with 1½" connection, 8.4 bar working pressure and 400 lpm flow capacity. With a head of 80 m and suction depth of 6-7 m, it provides stable, continuous flow in long and vertical transfer lines. With up to 6 mm particle passage, it is suitable for pumping mining pulp, chemical sludge and liquids containing solids without the risk of clogging. Wide operating temperature range from -18 °C to +100 °C allows uninterrupted operation in cold climates and high temperature environments. With aluminum or cast iron housing option, it is resistant to mechanical loads and vibrations in industrial plants; with its 25 kg structure, it is suitable for fixed line installations. The pneumatic drive system allows ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive atmospheres with spark and electrical risk. Dry-run resistant diaphragm structure prevents the risk of pump failure during tank emptying processes. With six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, PA 15 can be adapted to different chemical requirements of petrochemical, paint-coating, mining and wastewater treatment sectors and is a reliable solution for heavy industrial applications requiring high flow rates.
