PA 20 – Metal Air Diaphragm Pump

PA 20 is a metal air diaphragm pump designed for large scale industrial transfer lines with 2" connection, 8.4 bar working pressure and 565 lpm flow capacity. With 80 m head and 6-7 m suction depth, it offers stable flow performance in transfer operations from tanks and silos at high altitude. Capable of transferring liquids with up to 6 mm particles without the risk of clogging, it is suitable for heavy transfer applications in mining, petrochemical and large-scale wastewater treatment plants. Operating temperature from -18 °C to +100 °C ensures uninterrupted performance in cold storage, open field and process lines exposed to high temperatures. With its aluminum or cast iron body option, it is resistant to industrial environments where vibration and mechanical impacts are intense; It can be mounted on fixed pipelines with its 32 kg structure. The pneumatic drive system ensures ATEX-compliant safe operation in environments containing explosive or flammable liquids. Dry-run resistant diaphragm design prevents the risk of pump failure during tank emptying processes. With Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomer options, PA 20 can be adapted to different chemical environments of the chemical, petrochemical and paint-coating industries and is a reliable solution for continuous process lines requiring high flow rates.
