The PA 30 is the highest capacity model of the metal diaphragm pump series with 3" connection, 8.4 bar working pressure and 894 lpm flow capacity. Capable of conveying solid-liquid mixtures with particles up to 9 mm without risk of clogging, it is particularly valuable for heavy transfer applications such as mining pulp, thick chemical sludge and large-scale wastewater treatment plants. With a head of 80 m and suction depth of 6-7 m, it provides stable, high flow rates in long vertical and horizontal transfer lines. The wide operating temperature range from -18 °C to +100 °C covers a wide range of applications, from open field plants exposed to freezing cold in winter to high-temperature petrochemical processes. With the option of aluminum or cast iron housing, it is resistant to mechanical impact, vibration and pressure variations in heavy industrial conditions. The pneumatic drive system allows safe operation in ATEX-compliant environments containing explosive or flammable liquids. Dry-run resistant diaphragm design prevents the risk of pump failure during tank emptying processes. With Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomer options, PA 30 can be adapted to the harsh chemical environments of petrochemical, mining, chemical and paint-coating sectors and is a reliable and long-lasting pumping solution for heavy industrial applications requiring maximum flow rate.
