PH 10 consists of an air diaphragm pump with 1" connection designed according to the hygienic transfer requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries with its AISI 316L stainless steel body. With 160 lpm flow capacity and 7 bar working pressure, it provides reliable, continuous transfer in small and medium-sized food and pharmaceutical process lines. 316L stainless steel offers high resistance to bacteria and biofilm formation, ensuring hygienic standards are maintained. Smooth internal surfaces and a corner-free design prevent microbiological adhesion and facilitate CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning processes. Operating temperature from -18 °C to +100 °C covers a wide temperature range from chilled food lines to pre-pasteurization applications. Particle passage of up to 4 mm makes it suitable for the transfer of beverage, dairy or granulated pharmaceutical raw materials with fruit particles. The dry-run resistant diaphragm construction increases pump safety during tank emptying operations. The optional pulsation damper provides a pulse-free, continuous flow, a critical advantage in maintaining product integrity in pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes requiring precise dosing. With a choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, the PH 10 is an ideal starter model for hygienic process lines with its compact size.
