PH 15 – 316L Hygienic Air Diaphragm Pump

PH 15 is a hygienic air diaphragm pump with 1½" connection designed for large scale food, beverage and pharmaceutical process lines with AISI 316L stainless steel casing. With its 400 lpm flow capacity and 7 bar working pressure, it meets high flow hygienic transfer operations in breweries, milk processing plants and fruit juice production lines without interruption. The AISI 316L stainless steel body provides high resistance to corrosive food acids and disinfectant solutions, while the smooth internal surfaces and angleless geometry facilitate CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) cleaning processes. 70 m discharge height and 6-7 m suction depth ensure stable flow in vertical and horizontal process lines. Particle passage of up to 6 mm allows safe transfer of liquids containing fruit particles or granulated pharmaceutical ingredients. Operating temperature from -18 °C to +100 °C covers a wide range from chilled food lines to hot process applications. The optional pulsation damper ensures pulse-free flow and maintains product integrity in sensitive dosing and filling processes. Adaptable to different process chemicals with a choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, the PH 15 is a reliable solution for medium to large hygienic processes.
