PH 20 is a hygienic air diaphragm pump with 2" connection designed for high capacity food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology process lines with AISI 316L stainless steel casing. With a flow capacity of 565 liters per minute and a working pressure of 7 bar, it provides high-flow, continuous pumping in large-scale milk processing, beverage production and pharmaceutical solution transfer lines. The AISI 316L stainless steel body offers a hygienic construction that meets FDA food standards, while smooth internal surfaces prevent microbial adhesion. The CIP/SIP compatible design allows on-site sterilization and cleaning, minimizing plant downtime. Particle passage of up to 6 mm allows the transfer of liquids with fillers such as fruit particulate, yogurt or granulated pharmaceuticals. The operating temperature from -18 °C to +100 °C allows for a wide range of applications from chilled food lines to hot pasteurization processes. With the optional pulsation damper, a pulsation-free, constant pressure flow is achieved, ensuring reliable supply to precision filling machines and dosing systems. Adaptable to a wide range of chemical and biological media with a choice of Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomers, the PH 20 is the ideal hygienic pumping solution for sanitation-driven processes requiring high flow rates.
