PH 30 – 316L Hygienic Air Diaphragm Pump

PH 30 is the highest capacity model of the hygienic diaphragm pump series with its AISI 316L stainless steel body. With its 3" connection and 894 lpm flow capacity, it is designed to meet the high-flow hygienic transfer requirements of large-scale food processing, brewery, dairy and industrial pharmaceutical production facilities. With 7 bar working pressure and 70 m head, it provides stable, continuous flow in long process lines. Its up to 9 mm particle passage allows the transfer of fruit particles, pharmaceutical granules or liquids with dense filler content without the risk of clogging. AISI 316L stainless steel offers high resistance to acid and alkaline cleaning agents, while smooth internal surfaces and angular geometry facilitate CIP/SIP cleaning processes. The wide operating temperature range from -18 °C to +100 °C allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, from chilled food lines to hot pasteurization processes. The optional pulsation damper ensures pulsation-free flow and reliable supply to precision filling and dosing systems. Adaptable to different food and pharmaceutical chemicals with a choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, the PH 30 is the ideal pumping solution for large-scale hygienic processes where maximum flow rate and the highest level of sanitation are combined.
