Technical specifications and product selection
Pumpport pumps are used in a wide range of industries:
- Chemical and petrochemical - transfer of corrosive, acidic or basic liquids
- Food and beverage - food contact applications with hygienic PH series
- Paint, ink and resin - high viscosity liquids
- Pharmaceutical and biotechnology - AISI 316L stainless steel, CIP/SIP compatible

PP Series (Plastic) — Polypropylene (PP) or Kynar (PVDF) body. Ideal for corrosive chemicals, acids and solvents. Easy transportation due to its light weight. Operating temperature 0 - +100 °C.
PA Series (Metal) — Aluminum or cast iron housing. Offers higher mechanical strength and impact resistance. Wide temperature range (-18 - +100 °C) and can also operate in cold environments. Maximum pressure capacity 8.4 bar.
The technical limits by series are as follows:
In all models, the maximum suction depth reaches 6-7 m and the maximum discharge height reaches 70 m (80 m in metal series).
The following elastomer options are offered as standard in all series:
Short guide: EPDM for water-based chemicals, NBR or Viton for petroleum-based liquids, PTFE for corrosive acids and solvents, Santoprene for general purpose use.
Cool (PP/PA/PH) if you choose:
- If there is a compressed air line on site
- If ATEX (explosive atmosphere) certification is required
- If you are looking for natural tolerance to dry work
- If pump portability is important
If you choose electric (PE series):
- If it will be used in areas where there is no air line
- If more precise flow and speed control is required
- If energy efficiency is a priority (air pumps use 30-40% of air energy)
The PH series is designed for the following applications with AISI 316L stainless steel body:
- Food, dairy and beverage production lines
- Pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes
- Systems requiring CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place)
- Points where FDA-approved materials are mandatory in cosmetic and chemical production
Operating temperature -18 - +100 °C, flow capacity 160 - 894 lpm model options are available.
Yes, diaphragm pumps are among the pumps with high particle tolerance. The maximum particle size according to the model is as follows:
For high density slurry or abrasive liquids, it is recommended to prefer PA series with metal body.

Delivery & Logistics
Shipping, export and installation
- Models in stock: Shipment is realized within 1-3 business days from order confirmation.
- Models with special configurations: Production time is determined together with the technical team; usually 5-15 working days.
- Large batch / project orders: An estimated delivery schedule is shared during order confirmation.
Cargo tracking information is sent to you after the order.
Yes, Pumpport products are exported to Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and America markets. Sales and technical support is available in English, German, Arabic and Portuguese.
- Domestic Shipment is made through contracted cargo companies. Special transportation company coordination is provided for heavy and large equipment.
- Abroad Air, sea or land transportation is preferred according to the order volume. Packaging is carried out in accordance with export standards (if ISPM 15 wood is available).
Shipping costs and carrier selection are clarified during the order confirmation process.
All pumps are supplied with a detailed Turkish/English operating and installation manual. In addition to this:
- Technical support can be requested on-site for complex system integrations
- Remote (telephone / video) technical support is provided during the commissioning process
- On-site training can be organized for large project-based installations
