PP 02 – Plastic Air Diaphragm Pump

PP 02 is a polypropylene casing air diaphragm pump designed for small scale chemical transfer, laboratory applications and narrow lines with its compact size and 1/4" connection. With a flow capacity of up to 16 liters per minute and a maximum working pressure of 7 bar, it works safely with a wide range of chemicals including acids, bases, solvents and paints. The polypropylene body provides high chemical resistance against corrosive liquids, while the pneumatic drive system eliminates the risk of sparks and electricity, enabling safe use in ATEX-compliant working environments. The dry-running resistant diaphragm structure prevents the risk of pump failure during tank emptying processes. A choice of six different elastomers including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE allows the pump to be configured for chemical environments in different industries such as paint, coatings, chemicals and wastewater.
