PP 05 is a polypropylene casing air diaphragm pump designed for medium-sized liquid transfer lines in the chemical, paint, coating and food industries with a 3/4" connection and a flow capacity of 57 liters per minute. With 7 bar maximum working pressure and 100 °C temperature tolerance, it provides safe transfer of acids, bases, solvents and viscous liquids. Thanks to the air drive system, it can be used safely in environments with electrical or spark risk; flow rate and pressure can be easily controlled by adjusting the compressor air pressure. Polypropylene body offers superior resistance to chemical corrosion; six elastomer options including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE adapt to any chemical environment. Dry-run resistant diaphragm construction protects the pump in tank emptying applications and ensures long service life.
