PP 10 – Plastic Air Diaphragm Pump

PP 10 is a polypropylene casing air diaphragm pump designed for industrial scale chemical transfer lines with 1" connection and 160 liters per minute flow capacity. It works safely under intensive use conditions in the chemical, petrochemical, paint and waste water treatment sectors. With 7 bar maximum working pressure and 70 m head, it provides the required pressure stably in medium-large scale transfer applications. The resistance of the polypropylene body against corrosive chemicals paves the way for long-term and trouble-free operation. The pneumatic drive system provides flexible operation in environments with spark and electrical risk, where the pump speed can be practically adjusted by the compressor pressure. A choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE adapts to a wide range of chemicals including acids, bases, solvents and hydrocarbons. The dry-running diaphragm construction offers reliable performance in tank emptying and high particle content liquids.
