PP 30 – Plastic Air Diaphragm Pump

PP 30 is the highest capacity model in the range of plastic diaphragm pumps. With a 3" connection and a flow capacity of 894 liters per minute, it is designed to meet the heavy transfer requirements of chemical, petrochemical, paint, mining and large-scale wastewater treatment plants. With a maximum working pressure of 7 bar and a head of 70 m, it ensures uninterrupted and stable operation in long and demanding transfer lines. Allowing up to 6 mm particle passage, its structure allows the transfer of mineral pulp, sludge and solid-containing liquids without the risk of clogging. The polypropylene body provides high resistance to corrosive chemicals such as acids, bases and solvents, while the pneumatic drive system allows ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive atmospheres where there is a risk of sparks and electricity. Adaptable to a wide range of chemicals with a choice of six elastomers including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, the PP 30 is a reliable and long-lasting solution for high flow industrial applications.
