PP 15 is a polypropylene casing air diaphragm pump designed for high flow rate industrial chemical transfer lines with 1½" connection and 400 liters per minute flow capacity. It can be safely used for large volume liquid transfer in chemical, petrochemical, paint and mining industries. The 7 bar maximum working pressure and 70 m head meet the requirements of long and pressurized transfer lines. Thanks to its 6 mm particle passage structure, it transfers solid and viscous liquids without the risk of clogging; with this feature, it is also preferred in sludge and pulp applications. The polypropylene body is resistant to corrosive chemicals; the pneumatic drive system allows safe operation in explosive environments with spark risk. With six elastomer options including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, it can be adapted to any chemical environment.
