PP 20 – Plastic Air Diaphragm Pump

PP 20 is a polypropylene casing air diaphragm pump designed for large scale industrial chemical transfer lines with 2" connection and a flow capacity of 565 liters per minute. It safely manages high volume liquid transfer in the chemical, petrochemical, paint, wastewater treatment and mining industries. With 7 bar working pressure and 70 m head, it provides stable performance in demanding transfer lines. Thanks to its 6 mm particle passage capacity, it operates without the risk of clogging in difficult flow conditions, including sludge, pulp and solid-containing liquids. The polypropylene body provides long-term durability against corrosive chemicals such as acids and bases, while the pneumatic drive system ensures safe ATEX-compliant operation in environments where there is a risk of electrical or spark hazards. With a dry-running diaphragm design and a wide choice of elastomers, the PP 20 reliably meets the high flow rate requirements of different industries.
