PP 150 — Metal Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

PP 150, designed for medium-scale industrial transfer lines with 1½" (DN40) connection size, is the most commonly preferred model in the high-pressure diaphragm pump series. It delivers above-class performance in demanding applications such as long-distance transfer of viscous materials in paint and coating facilities, and high-pressure delivery of refined products in petrochemical plants.

Maximum flow rate of 200 lpm and operating pressure of 8.4 bar make this metal air-operated diaphragm pump a powerful choice in medium-scale line designs. Discharge head of 160 m meets the pressure reserve required for multi-story facilities and long pipe routes. With 6 mm particle passage capacity, liquids containing fine suspensions and light sludge-like materials can be safely pumped.

PP 150, offering aluminum, cast iron, and stainless steel body options to meet every sector's material compatibility requirements, provides a wide chemical compatibility range with 6 different elastomer options (Santoprene, Neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, FKM, PTFE). Operating temperature as low as -18 °C also covers cold environment applications.

Due to its air-driven design, PP 150 requires no electrical connection and can be safely operated in wet or flammable environments.
