PP 200 — Metal Air Diaphragm Pump

PP 200, with 2" (DN50) connection diameter, is a large-capacity model of the high-pressure diaphragm pump series serving industrial process lines requiring high flow rates. The combination of flow capacity reaching 280 liters per minute and 8.4 bar working pressure creates a suitable selection point for large-scale chemical facility transfer lines, high-efficiency coating circulation systems, and process lines with intensive production pace.

This metal air diaphragm pump operates with 160 m discharge head in large facility structures spanning multiple floors and long pipe routes without experiencing pressure loss. 6–7 m suction depth provides safe suction in installations where the liquid reservoir is positioned below the pump. 6 mm particle passage tolerance allows for pumping of non-homogeneous mixtures and industrial liquids with light solid content.

AL, DD, and SS body options make PP 200 usable across a wide range from food and pharmaceutical sectors requiring stainless steel to heavy industrial applications where cast iron is sufficient. -18 °C lower operating limit enables the pump to be preferred in cooled process lines. With 6 elastomer options including Santoprene, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE, there are no restrictions regarding chemical compatibility.
