The PP 300, with a 3" (DN80) connection diameter and maximum flow rate of 440 lpm, is the most powerful model in the high-pressure diaphragm pump series, meeting the high-capacity transfer needs of heavy industry, mining, and large-scale wastewater treatment facilities. With an 8.4 bar operating pressure and 160 m head, this metal air-operated diaphragm pump enables the pumping of abrasive and solids-laden liquids over long distances.

In mining facilities for transporting pulp and solid suspensions, in large-scale wastewater treatment systems for intensive sludge transfer, and in heavy industrial processes for high-capacity liquid transport, the PP 300's 9 mm particle passage capacity provides a decisive advantage. This value, beyond other models in the series, means that coarse materials can be transported without the risk of clogging.

AL, DD, and SS body options provide a broad application scope from the abrasive environments of the mining sector to the corrosive process liquids of petrochemical facilities. With Santoprene, Neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE elastomer alternatives, configurations suitable for every liquid chemistry can be created. The -18 °C operating lower limit is an important advantage for installations in open-field and cold climate conditions.

The air-driven operating principle ensures spark-free and safe operation in explosion-prone areas such as mining pits and petrochemical facilities. Due to its dry-run capability, the risk of pump damage in tunnels, pit drainage lines, and unattended transfer systems is eliminated. The PP 300, manufactured in Turkey, is offered with a 2-year warranty.
