PD 301 — High-Pressure Helical Gear Pump

The PD 301, R 4" / DN100 PN16 connection, consists of a high-pressure series helical gear pump designed for large-diameter industrial systems. With a fixed flow capacity of 50 m³/h (~833 lpm), it provides pulsation-free and reliable flow in the pressure range of 8 to 12 bar. Operating at 1000 rpm, the pump meets the most demanding high-pressure industrial processes with motor power options of 30 kW for 8 bar, 37 kW for 10 bar, and 45 kW for 12 bar. PD 301 is a complementary model to PD 300, which addresses low-to-medium pressure (2–6 bar) applications, extending the same flow capacity to the 12 bar class. This dual structure facilitates infrastructure planning with a single flow standard across different system pressure requirements. The helical gear mechanism delivers a vibration-free, quiet, and stable flow profile even at high flow rates such as 50 m³/h. Demonstrating reliable performance in high-viscosity fluids (220 cst reference), PD 301 is a preferred solution in chemical, petrochemical, shipbuilding, paint and ink, and large-scale industrial transfer lines.
