PA 20 — Metal Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

PA 20, with 2" connection, 8.4 bar operating pressure and 565 lpm flow capacity, consists of a metal air-operated diaphragm pump designed for large-scale industrial transfer lines. With 80 m discharge head and 6–7 m suction depth, it provides stable flow performance in transfer operations from high-altitude tanks and silos. Its structure, capable of conveying liquids containing particles up to 6 mm without clogging risk, is suitable for heavy transfer applications in mining, petrochemistry and large-scale wastewater treatment facilities. Operating temperature between −18 °C and +100 °C provides uninterrupted performance in cold storage, open field and high-temperature exposed process lines. With aluminum or cast iron body options, it is durable in industrial environments subject to intense vibration and mechanical impacts; with its 32 kg structure, it can be mounted on fixed pipelines. The air-driven system ensures ATEX-compliant safe operation in environments containing explosive or flammable liquids. The dry-running-capable diaphragm design prevents pump failure risk during tank emptying processes.
