PA 15 — Metal Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

PA 15 consists of a metal air-operated diaphragm pump designed for high-flow industrial transfer applications with 1½" connection, 8.4 bar operating pressure and 400 lpm flow capacity. With 80 m discharge head and 6–7 m suction depth, it provides stable, continuous flow in long and vertical transfer lines. Its structure permitting particle passage up to 6 mm is suitable for pumping mineral pulp, chemical slurry and liquids containing solids without clogging risk. Wide operating temperature range between −18 °C and +100 °C enables uninterrupted operation in cold climate and high-heat environments. With aluminum or cast iron body options, it is resistant to mechanical loads and vibrations in industrial facilities; with its 25 kg structure, it is suitable for fixed line installations. The air-driven system enables ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive environments with spark and electrical risk. The dry-running-resistant diaphragm structure prevents pump failure risk during tank discharge processes. Adaptable to different chemical requirements of petrochemical, paint-coating, mining and wastewater treatment sectors with six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, PA 15 is a reliable metal air-operated diaphragm pump solution for heavy industrial applications requiring high flow.
