PP 20SS — 316 Stainless Steel Cast Diaphragm Pump

PP 20SS consists of an air-operated metal diaphragm pump designed with 316L stainless steel cast body for large-scale corrosive and food-compatible liquid transfer. With a 2" connection and 560 liters/minute flow capacity, it is safely used in high-flow industrial lines. Compared to aluminum and cast iron bodies, 316L stainless steel cast offers much higher chemical resistance against concentrated acids, strong bases, oxidizing chemicals, and halogenated solvents; in highly corrosive environments where AL or DD bodies are insufficient, PP 20SS is the preferred large-capacity solution. Smooth inner surface quality and stainless steel body structure prevent metal contamination of the liquid, meeting hygienic pumping requirements in large-scale transfer lines for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production; with FDA-compatible elastomer options (EPDM, PTFE), full compliance with food safety standards is ensured. This air diaphragm pump delivers stable flow performance in large-capacity process lines with 7 bar operating pressure and 6 m suction depth; the wide temperature range of −18 to +100 °C covers a broad range of applications from cold storage to high-temperature processes. Its capability to pass particles up to 6 mm allows pumping of corrosive liquids with solid content and food product concentrates without clogging risk. The dry-run tolerant diaphragm structure protects the pump during tank emptying processes; the air-driven system enables ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive environments with spark risk. With six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE, PP 20SS adaptable to the different requirements of chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive wastewater sectors, combines high flow with 316L stainless steel cast assurance in large-scale transfer lines.
