PE 20, Pumport electric diaphragm pump series model offering high flow rate and medium-high pressure in a balanced manner. Pump integrated directly into large-diameter industrial process lines with 2" (DN50) inlet-outlet connection, driven by 5.5 kW powered 380V 50Hz electric motor. The combination of 350 lpm (21 m³/h) flow capacity with 4 bar maximum operating pressure provides a strong response to challenging transfer requirements in chemical, petrochemical, mining and large-scale wastewater treatment facilities. Its structure requiring no air compressor stands out with installation ease and low operating costs in areas without compressor infrastructure.

Designed as an electric motor-driven diaphragm pump, PE 20 performs effective pumping in long and high-resistance pipe lines with 40 m discharge head and 5 m suction depth as well as in underground tanks. Diaphragm design allowing 6 mm particle passage eliminates blockage risk in viscous fluids containing suspended solids and sediment. 78 D/d reducer speed provides stable and repeatable flow rate; with long continuous operation capacity, it adapts to intensive production shifts.

This electric diaphragm pump serves a wide range of applications from large-scale corrosive liquid transfer in the chemical industry to petrochemical intermediate product transfer, high-flow resin transport in paint-coating facilities to acidic pulp pumping in mining sites. PP, AL and SS body options; combined with Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE elastomers to provide full compatibility with aggressive chemical environments. Temperature resistance up to 100°C and dry-run capable diaphragm mechanism minimize maintenance requirements, reducing total cost of ownership.
