The PD 100 consists of a helical gear pump developed for medium-scale transfer lines with R 1" connection. With a flow capacity of 5 m³/h (~83 lpm), it provides pulsation-free, stable flow in the 2 to 6 bar pressure range. Operating at 1500 rpm, the pump offers motor options of 1.1 kW for 2 bar, 2.2 kW for 4 bar, and 3 kW for 6 bar, providing energy consumption optimized for process requirements. The helical gear geometry conveys the liquid gradually and silently, minimizing mechanical vibration; this characteristic provides a decisive advantage in applications requiring viscous and sensitive flow. It delivers reliable performance across a wide viscosity range (220 cst reference). The housing material can be selected from grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel 316/304, and bronze; shaft sealing can be provided by felt, soft gasket, mechanical seal, or cartridge packing. Preferred in the chemical, food and beverage, paint and ink, petrochemical, and shipbuilding sectors, the PD 100 provides long-lasting service with easy installation and low maintenance costs.
