PD 200 — Helical Gear Pump

The PD 200 consists of a high-capacity helical gear pump with R 2" gear connection (optional DN50 PN16 flange). With a flow capacity of 25 m³/h (~417 lpm), it provides pulsation-free and stable flow in the 2 to 6 bar low-to-medium pressure range. Operating at 1000 rpm, the pump offers motor power options of 4 kW for 2 bar, 11 kW for 4 bar, and 15 kW for 6 bar. While the standard connection is gear-type, flanged connection is also available as an option. Thanks to the heating/cooling jacket option, liquid temperature can be maintained in food, chemical, and petrochemical processes. The PD 200 shares the same housing structure with its sister model PD 201, which is designed for high-pressure applications; this design unity simplifies spare parts management and service processes. The helical gear mechanism provides vibration-free and silent operation in viscous fluid transfer. It serves a wide range of industries with gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel 316/304, and bronze housing options.
