PAP 6700 — Mechanical Seal Plastic Acid Pump

PAP 6700 is a 50/40 mm connection, 2.2 kW motor mechanical seal plastic acid pump preferred in high flow chemical transfer lines and petrochemical sector applications. At 3000 rpm operating speed, 2.2 kW motor power enables high flow transfer of corrosive raw materials in paint, varnish and resin production facilities; at the same time it provides sufficient pressure capacity for long-distance transport of mildly acidic and corrosive process fluids in the petrochemical sector. With a polypropylene (PP) body, the corrosive liquid pump offers reliable chemical resistance against a wide range of chemicals including solvents, inorganic acids and alkaline solutions. The mechanical seal acid pump sealing mechanism prevents fluid leakage even under high pressure operating conditions; this is of critical importance especially in facilities containing hazardous chemicals. The 50/40 mm connection size means it can be integrated into the same pipeline as PAP-6600, the previous model in the series; only motor and pump replacement is necessary.
