PAP 6400 — Mechanical Seal Plastic Acid Pump

PAP 6400 is a mechanical seal plastic acid pump with 40/32 mm connections and 0.75 kW motor, developed for entry-to-mid segment needs of the chemical industry. The combination of 3000 rpm operating speed and 0.75 kW power meets sufficient flow capacity in galvanic bath lines, acid wash stations, and small-to-mid scale chemical process plants. Polypropylene (PP) housing provides long-lasting chemical resistance against hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and alkaline solutions; eliminating corrosion-related failure risk compared to metal-housed pumps. Mechanical seal acid pump configuration prevents liquid leakage associated with seal wedges and significantly reduces maintenance costs. The 40/32 mm pipe connection maintains the same line diameter as the PAP-6300, requiring no pipe modifications when upgrading power in the system. It operates reliably in electroplating facilities in recirculation lines of nickel sulfamate or copper sulfate baths. It can also be used to supply multiple bath lines, especially in small galvanic workshops.
