PAP 6500 is a 40/32 mm connection, 1.1 kW motor mechanical seal plastic acid pump developed for mid-scale acid transfer lines in electroplating and surface treatment sectors. High flow capacity produced at 3000 rpm operating speed supports continuous circulation of copper, nickel, and chromium plating solutions in electroplating baths. Polypropylene body structure maintains chemical integrity against aggressive chemicals such as chromic acid, hydrochloric acid, and trichloroethylene. This plastic acid pump offers both leak-free operation and high pressure tolerance through mechanical seal acid pump technology; process safety is ensured in critical electroplating lines. 40/32 mm flange diameter allows use in the same pipeline with lower power models of the series, minimizing system expansion costs.
