PE 05 is the most compact and portable model of Pumpport's electric diaphragm pump series. The pump, integrated directly into the pipeline with a 3/4" (DN20) inlet-outlet connection, is driven by a 0.37 kW electric motor at 380/220V 50Hz. Thanks to its structure that does not require an air compressor, it can be easily put into operation in facilities without compressor infrastructure, mobile sites, and confined spaces; installation time and operating costs are significantly reduced.

With a flow capacity of 25 lpm (1.48 m³/h), PE 05 is suitable for precise dosing, sampling, liquid circulation, and small-scale transfer operations. Maximum 2 bar working pressure and 20 m discharge head safely handle light-duty process and laboratory lines. With a 4 m suction depth, complete drainage from the bottom of tanks is possible; the diaphragm structure allowing 3 mm particle passage demonstrates consistent performance even in liquids containing suspended solids.

This electric diaphragm pump is frequently preferred in medical facilities, pharmaceutical production lines, and analytical laboratories due to its compact size and portable design. It covers a wide range of applications from sterile fluid transfer to pharmaceutical raw material dosing. Body material can be selected as Polypropylene (PP), Aluminum (AL), or Stainless Steel (SS); through Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE elastomer options, complete compatibility with different chemical environments is achieved. With its resistance to temperatures up to 100°C, it is safely used in food, paint, and chemical industries. The dry-run resistant diaphragm mechanism protects the pump from damage during liquid interruptions and tank emptying operations, offering long-lasting and maintenance-friendly operation.
