PE 10 — Electric Diaphragm Pump

PE 10 is an electric diaphragm pump serving mid-scale industrial lines with 1" (DN25) connection size. Driven by a 0.55 kW electric motor at 380/220V 50Hz, the pump is safely used in a wide variety of industrial applications such as chemical dosing, ceramic slurry transfer, and wastewater pre-treatment, with a flow capacity of 67 lpm (4 m³/h). Its structure that does not require an air compressor significantly reduces installation costs and complexity in areas that do not require compressor infrastructure.

With a maximum 2 bar operating pressure and 20 m discharge head, PE 10 is ideal for light-to-medium duty type process lines, and thanks to its 4 m suction depth, it achieves complete discharge from the bottom of tanks. The diaphragm structure allowing 4 mm particle passage minimizes clogging risk in fluids containing settled and suspended solids; regular and repeatable flow is obtained at 60 D/d reducer speed.

This electric diaphragm pump, preferred in acid and base dosing lines in the chemical industry, in slip and glaze transfer in the ceramic sector, and in the transfer of varnish and resin-based liquids in paint-coating processes, stands out with its wide chemical compatibility range. Polypropylene (PP), Aluminum (AL), and Stainless Steel (SS) body options; combined with Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE elastomers to achieve full compatibility with aggressive fluids. Temperature resistance up to 100°C and dry-running-resistant diaphragm mechanism offer long-lasting and maintenance-friendly operational performance.
