PAP 6900 — Mechanical Seal Plastic Acid Pump

PAP 6900, as the highest capacity model of the 6xxx series designed for heavy chemical process applications, is a 65/50 mm connection, 4 kW motor mechanical seal plastic acid pump. The combination of 4 kW motor power and 3000 rpm operating speed produces sufficient flow rate and pressure in a wide range of applications from high-capacity acid/base storage transfer in large chemical plants to petrochemical process circuits. Polypropylene (PP) body maintains chemical integrity against concentrated and diluted inorganic acids and strong bases; this plastic acid pump completely eliminates the risk of corrosion-related body damage. The mechanical seal acid pump sealing system ensures complete leak-free operation even during continuous operation in high-pressure circuit lines; personnel and environmental safety are protected in hazardous chemical environments. Since the 65/50 mm connection size shares the same flange diameter as PAP-6800, when increasing power in the system, only the pump model is upgraded without changing pipes.
