PAP 6600 — Mechanical Seal Plastic Acid Pump

PAP 6600 is a 50/40 mm connected, 1.5 kW motor mechanical seal plastic acid pump designed for mid-to-large scale chemical process line applications representing the transition from 40 mm to 50 mm flange diameter. Increasing pipe diameter and power capacity prevent flow loss in chemical process lines requiring higher flow rates. Polypropylene (PP) body structure provides long-lasting chemical resistance against sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda and various organic chemicals; with these characteristics it functions as a true corrosive liquid pump. 3000 rpm centrifugal technology produces pulseless and stable flow in high-flow continuous transfer applications. Mechanical seal acid pump sealing system eliminates environmental pollution risk and ensures compliance with chemical safety standards.
