PD 150 consists of a helix gear pump developed for high-capacity transfer lines with R 1½" connection. With a flow capacity of 10 m³/h (~167 lpm), it provides pulsation-free and continuous flow in the pressure range of 2 to 6 bar. Thanks to its low speed of 1000 rpm, it treats the liquid gently while minimizing mechanical wear and noise. Motor power options are determined as: 3 kW for 2 bar, 4 kW for 4 bar, 6 kW for 6 bar, and can be optimized according to process pressure. One of the outstanding features of PD 150 is the heating jacket option: during transfer of temperature-sensitive liquids, the liquid temperature can be maintained or adjusted as needed through a heating-cooling jacket integrated into the body. Helix gear geometry shows consistent performance across a wide viscosity range (220 cst and above); it is especially suitable for high-viscosity liquids. With grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel 316/304, and bronze body options, it produces solutions for the chemical, food and beverage, paint and ink, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries.
