PD 050 — Helical Gear Pump
½" Connection · Helical Gear · Wide Viscosity Range
PD 050, with R ½" connection, is composed of a helical gear pump specially designed for low flow applications with its compact structure. With 0.5 m³/h (~8 lpm) flow capacity, it provides continuous and pulsation-free flow in the pressure range of 2 to 6 bar. Thanks to the helical gear mechanism, the liquid advances smoothly between the gears, creating no vibration and pulse in the pipeline; with this feature, it is safely preferred in sensitive dosing lines. Operating at 1500 rpm; the pump offers an economical energy profile with 0.37 kW motor power for 2 bar, and 0.55 kW for 4 and 6 bar. With gray cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel 316/304 and bronze body options, it meets the demands of the chemical, food, paint-ink, petrochemical and maritime sectors. It shows consistent performance in a wide viscosity range (220 cst and above). With the optional heating/cooling jacket, it is also suitable for temperature-sensitive processes. Simple installation and low maintenance costs make PD 050 an indispensable pump for small-scale transfer and dosing systems.
