PP 100 — Metal Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

PP 100, with its compact structure and 1" (DN25) connection size, is a high-pressure diaphragm pump developed for precise dosing, chemical laboratory lines, and small-scale process transfer applications. With an 8.4 bar operating pressure and 160 m discharge head, it provides a reliable solution where standard diaphragm pumps fall short.

With aluminum, cast iron, and stainless steel body options, this metal air-operated diaphragm pump adapts to different liquid chemicals and environmental conditions, and can operate at temperatures as low as -18 °C, which is why it is also preferred in cold storage lines and low-temperature process systems. Santoprene, Neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE elastomer options cover a wide range of liquids from aggressive chemicals to food products.

With a maximum flow capacity of 80 lpm, PP 100 saves space in systems that do not require large line requirements while not compromising on high-pressure performance. A 6–7 m suction depth provides sufficient reserve for below-tank installations where the liquid level remains below the pump. A 4 mm particle passage capacity allows pumping of liquids with light solid content.

Thanks to its air-driven operating principle, it can be used in explosion-proof environments without spark risk; it is resistant to dry running and sudden liquid interruptions do not damage the pump. PP 100, which is manufactured in Turkey, is covered by a 2-year warranty.
