This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 2" flanged connection and a polypropylene body, is designed for the high-flow transfer of corrosive chemicals. With a flow capacity of up to 696 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used in acid and base transfer lines, wastewater treatment plants, and chemical feed systems. The PTFE diaphragm and ball construction provide broad chemical resistance against aggressive solvents, while the polypropylene liquid head and manifold ensure safe operation in acidic environments that a metal body cannot withstand. With the ability to pass solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, the risk of clogging is low when handling liquids containing suspended solids. Since it has no electric motor, it can be used in explosive environments; it is not damaged when run dry, and with a dry suction depth of 4.2 meters, it can be put into service without requiring installation at the bottom of a tank. Flow rate can be adjusted continuously via the air supply pressure.
