This is a 1.5" connection 1590 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 378.5 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in medium- to high-flow transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line, and the epoxy-coated air section withstands harsh field conditions. It offers a 4.8 mm solid passage and a 6.1-meter dry suction lift. The polypropylene liquid section ensures safe transfer in applications where metal housings are subject to corrosion from acid, base, and salt solutions. The PTFE diaphragm and ball maintain structural integrity in concentrated acids, ketones, aromatic solvents, and oxidizing chemicals. This configuration operates with a PTFE diaphragm up to a fluid temperature of 104 °C. It corresponds exactly to Graco® Husky 1590 Series part number 1590P-A01AP2PPPTPTPT (code DB2911); it is manufactured with the same connection sizes and can be installed directly in place in an existing setup.
