Graco Husky 1050 647035 Compatible 1″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Santoprene

This is a 1" 1050 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 189 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar, it is used in high-pressure applications involving medium-volume transfer lines. The non-stuttering, low-pulsation air valve changes direction without stalling during sudden load changes; the one-piece center section minimizes leakage points. With a 3.2 mm solid passage, it offers a dry suction depth of 4.9 meters and a wet suction depth of 8.8 meters. The aluminum fluid section meets the needs of a wide range of general transfer applications at an economical housing cost. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; using a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. It is manufactured as a direct replacement for the Graco® Husky 1050 647035 pump with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly in place of the existing unit.
