Graco Husky 515 D5B966 Compatible 1/2″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Santoprene

The 515 Series is a compact, air-operated, double-diaphragm pump with a 1/2" connection. With a flow rate of 57 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 7 bar, it is used in small-volume transfer, metering, and drum-emptying lines. It handles solid particles up to 2.5 mm in diameter, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.5 meters, and operates at a typical sound level of 74 dB(A), allowing it to run in enclosed spaces without requiring an additional silencer. The polypropylene liquid section ensures safe transfer in conditions where metal housings would corrode when exposed to acid, base, and salt solutions. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. Manufactured as a direct replacement for the Graco® Husky 515 D5B966 pump with identical connection dimensions, it can be installed directly in place of the existing unit.
