Graco Husky 1590 DBD311 Compatible 1.5″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, PTFE

This is a 1590 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump with a 1.5" connection. With a flow rate of 378.5 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in medium- to high-flow transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line, and the epoxy-coated air chamber withstands harsh field conditions. It offers a 4.8 mm solid passage and a 6.1-meter dry suction lift. The 316 stainless steel fluid path provides resistance to corrosive fluids, while its cleanable surface makes it suitable for processes requiring hygiene. PTFE diaphragm and ball maintain structural integrity in concentrated acids, ketones, aromatic solvents, and oxidizing chemicals. This configuration operates with a PTFE diaphragm up to a fluid temperature of 104 °C. It corresponds exactly to the DBD311 part number with the configuration code 1590S-A01AS2SSPTPTPT in the Graco® Husky 1590 series; it is manufactured with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly in place in an existing setup.
