Graco Husky 1590 DB2966 Compatible 1.5″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Santoprene

This is a 1.5" connection 1590 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 378.5 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in medium- to high-flow transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line, and the epoxy-coated air section withstands harsh field conditions. It offers a 4.8 mm solid passage and a 6.1-meter dry suction lift. The polypropylene liquid section ensures safe transfer in applications where metal housings would corrode when exposed to acid, base, and salt solutions. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. This configuration operates with a Santoprene diaphragm up to a fluid temperature of 82 °C.
