Wilden T15/AAAAB/WFS/WF/WF/0014 Compatible 3″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 3" connection size and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for high-volume transfer lines. With a flow capacity of up to 845 liters per minute, it is one of the largest models in the series; it is used in applications requiring high volumes in a short time, such as large tank drainage, line feeding, and wastewater transfer. The liquid head, air chamber, center block, and outer piston are all made of aluminum; this construction, combined with a body weight of 48 kg, offers a portable option among high-flow pumps. The thermoplastic elastomer used in the diaphragm, balls, and seats maintains its flexibility when handling fluids containing abrasive solids, ensuring a long service life. The bronze air valve provides wear resistance at high cycle rates. It connects to existing piping systems without the need for an adapter, thanks to the BSPT threaded connection standard.
