ARO PD20A-AAP-AAA-B Compatible 2″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, NPTF

This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for general-purpose industrial transfer via a 2" NPTF threaded connection and an aluminum fluid path. With a flow capacity of 651 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used for transferring wastewater, cutting fluid, oil, and water-based fluids. The housing, ball, and diaphragm are all made of Santoprene; the use of a single elastomer type both simplifies spare parts inventory and provides high fatigue resistance in lines containing abrasive solids. The fluid inlet and manifold are made of aluminum, and the connection fittings are made of coated steel. The NPTF threaded connection standard allows for direct connection to piping systems installed according to North American standards. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C.
